'I’m a big fan of breakfast, so I wasn’t expecting great things from a freeze dried meal. However I was wrong! Considering you just add water, this really is worth getting up and getting your stove out for. I would also say that you could split it between 2 people for a normal sized breakfast, as the 800kcal could be overzealous if you’re not planning on a mammoth day.' - Anna

PREPARATION:

REMOVE THE OXYGEN ABSORBER* (Sachet) from inside the pouch. Add hot water to internal fill line 1 (145ml). Stir the contents and then close the bag. Wait 5-8 minutes for the food to re-hydrate.

REMARKS:
Cold water will suffice in an emergency, however the re-hydration time is much longer.
